Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 2026-05-06. Version 5.1. These Terms govern your use of Ripper Casino. Each section opens with a plain-English statement of what the clause means for your account, followed by the binding language. By creating an account or making a deposit you accept these Terms in full.
1. Who Can Open an Account
Player impact: you must be 18 or older, an Australian resident on the day you register, and the account must be in your own name with your real details.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally permitted to gamble online in your jurisdiction of residence, and are registering for your own personal use rather than on behalf of another person. The account must be opened in your full legal name as recorded on government identification. Any breach of these representations is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of bonus-derived balances.
2. One Account Per Person, Per Household, Per Device
Player impact: a second account on the same identity, address or device is not allowed and will be closed.
You may hold only one Ripper Casino account. We use device fingerprinting, address matching and identity verification to detect duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate is detected the secondary account will be closed and any bonus-derived balance will be confiscated; deposit balances net of withdrawals are returned via the original payment method.
3. Identity Verification (KYC) and Source of Funds
Player impact: you can play immediately after sign-up, but identity verification is required before withdrawal, and again above certain thresholds.
You consent to identity verification under Australian anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing requirements and the conditions of our Curaçao licence. Standard KYC documents — government photo ID, proof of address under three months old, and a selfie for liveness — are required before your first withdrawal. Source-of-funds documentation may be requested when cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed AU$10,000 within a 12-month rolling window, or where transaction patterns trigger our enhanced-due-diligence rules. Refusal or failure to provide documentation within fourteen calendar days is grounds for account suspension.
4. Deposits
Player impact: deposit only from accounts and payment instruments in your own name; AU$ is the base currency.
You may deposit only from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and the relevant transactions investigated. Minimum deposits and supported methods are set out in the cashier and may change with notice. All balances are denominated in Australian dollars; where you fund via cryptocurrency or non-AUD card, the cashier conversion rate at the moment of deposit applies.
5. Withdrawals
Player impact: withdrawals route back through the same method you used to deposit, subject to KYC and any active wagering.
Withdrawal requests are processed in chronological order during AU business hours, with extended coverage in AEST evenings. The minimum withdrawal is AU$50 via PayID, AU$100 via card and BPAY. Maximum withdrawal limits per request and per period are listed in your cashier and may be raised by exception via support for verified accounts in good standing. Withdrawals are returned to the original deposit method where possible; where that method does not support payouts (Neosurf, POLi), an alternative method registered to you in your own name is used.
6. Bonus Terms
Player impact: wagering must be cleared before any conversion to cashable balance, the maximum bet on a single spin while a bonus is active is AU$5, and stacking bonuses voids the older one.
Each bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of bonus or deposit-plus-bonus, as stated on the offer. While any bonus is active, single-spin or single-hand stake is capped at AU$5; spins above this cap may void winnings derived from the offending session. Pokies contribute 100% to wagering, video poker 10%, table games and live dealer do not contribute by default. Bonus expiry runs 30 calendar days from credit unless stated otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while another is active forfeits the older bonus and any balance still locked behind its wagering. Specific game exclusions are listed on the bonus T&Cs page.
7. Bonus Abuse
Player impact: patterns that exploit bonuses outside their intended use will result in confiscation of bonus-derived winnings.
The following behaviours are treated as bonus abuse: low-margin betting purely to clear wagering on a non-pokie title, deliberate stake structuring to evade the AU$5 max-bet cap, syndicated multi-account play funded from a shared source, and any betting strategy designed to lock in zero-variance wagering progression (covering all numbers in roulette, opposing bets in baccarat, or equivalent). Detection results in confiscation of bonus-derived balance; verified deposit funds are returned via the original payment method.
8. Game Outcomes and Errors
Player impact: the result on our server is authoritative; if a connection drops, your spin still resolves correctly and is credited.
All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators on our or our studios' servers. The server-side result is authoritative; in the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed in the client and what is recorded on the server, the server record prevails. Where a malfunction voids play, the original stake is returned and any winnings tied to the malfunctioning round are forfeited.
9. Dormant Accounts
Player impact: if your account is inactive for over 12 months, an admin fee applies; close it actively if you don't intend to return.
An account is treated as dormant after twelve consecutive months without a real-money deposit, withdrawal or wagered spin. From the thirteenth month, a monthly administration fee of AU$10 is charged against any positive balance, capped at the balance itself. We notify you by email at month nine, eleven and twelve, with a one-click reactivation link. To avoid the fee entirely, withdraw your balance and close the account.
10. Chargebacks
Player impact: raising a chargeback on a legitimate deposit is a serious step that closes your account and forfeits balances.
By depositing you confirm the transaction is yours and irrevocable. Initiating a chargeback against a legitimate deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms and results in: immediate suspension of your account, freezing of any positive balance pending investigation, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and recovery action including referral to the relevant payment scheme and credit-reference agencies. Where you genuinely dispute a transaction, contact [email protected] first — most issues resolve inside 48 hours without bank involvement.
11. Account Closure
Player impact: you can close your account any time; we can close it on notice with reason; self-exclusion closures are irrevocable.
You may close your account at any time from Account > Settings > Close Account or by writing to support. Withdrawable balances are paid out before closure; bonus-locked balances are forfeited if wagering has not been cleared. We reserve the right to close any account on reasonable notice, citing reasons in writing where law permits. Self-exclusion-driven closures are irrevocable for the chosen period (six months, twelve months, five years, lifetime).
12. Limitation of Liability
Player impact: our liability is capped at recent deposits in extreme circumstances; we don't insure against ordinary gambling losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the deposits you have made in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
Player impact: first complain to us, then to our regulator if needed; we don't litigate first.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes you cannot resolve through our internal complaints process (see clause 14) may be referred to the licensing authority that holds our master licence; the route is detailed in our Contact page. Where Australian consumer protections apply mandatorily, those rights are not displaced by this clause.
14. Complaints Process
Player impact: two-tier internal review with defined SLAs before any external escalation.
Step one: contact [email protected]. Acknowledgement inside 24 hours, first response within four working hours during AU business hours. Step two: if the answer doesn't satisfy, escalate to the Complaints Officer at [email protected]. We acknowledge inside two business days and provide a final position within ten. Step three: external escalation to our licensing authority. Data-takedown and right-of-erasure requests under the Privacy Act are handled by [email protected] with a 30-day SLA.
15. Changes to These Terms
Player impact: material changes get fourteen days' notice before they bind you.
We update these Terms from time to time. Material changes — those that meaningfully affect player rights, bonus mechanics or payment processes — are notified by email and in-account banner at least fourteen calendar days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any clause is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder continues in force unchanged. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling conditions and any individual bonus T&Cs, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ripper Casino.
